With the enactment of World Legislative Act #5, the First Provisional World Parliament has established the Provisional World Supreme Court.

The Primary seat of the provisional World Supreme Court will be located in the Primary World Capital upon it's establishment. As a Provisional Primary World Capital or the Primary World Capital has not been established yet, the Provisional World Supreme Court seats in Los Angeles, California, U.S.A. as per legislative provisions.
